For this shipment we reserve a few additional processing days to send the order to the sorting center.
We do not have a return policy, so unless the product arrives damaged, it cannot be disputed.
The customer is required to be at home or collect the package from a pick-up point indicated by the local post office.
If the package is not collected due to expiration of the deadline, the customer will not be able to make any complaints.
Complaints for damaged products expire within 15 days of receipt of the package.
